Hi there, I’m Tom Manuel. I am a consulting forester, wildlife biologist, and real estate broker operating in southeast Louisiana and southwest Mississippi. As the owner of Manuel Forestry, LLC, I am fortunate to manage a significant amount of timberland in the region. Over the years and decades, I have developed a thorough knowledge of my clients’ woodlands and wildlife. Occasionally, the time comes when a client decides to sell some or all of their land. When they do, I utilize my real estate experience to market and sell their property.
My historic and current knowledge of the specific area proves valuable both to my clients and prospective buyers alike. My knowledge as a forester greatly assists my work as a broker, as I am very familiar with the wildlife use, habitat conditions, timber volume/value, infrastructure, neighbors, etc., of the land.
